I went to a wedding this weekend. I almost missed it due to everyone wanting me to be there but forgetting to tell me the actual date and time - funny how those little details can slip people's minds. For the first time in just shy of 20 years, I didn't catch the garter! Not all the weddings I have been to have had the garter toss but until this one I was the one to catch it if they did. I used to have a little collection of them going but have managed to lose them throughout the years. Now, if you believe the tradition then I should have been married many times over. Alas, I am still single. Too bad Mythbusters doesn't do a show on that little myth/tradition.
